How to Fix Failed 1032?


If you are experiencing Failed 1032 with Sidify Music Converter for Mac under macOS 11.1 or above, please go to the System Preferences and authorize the Music app in the Automation section.

Solution to Failed 1032:

Click the System Preferences icon in the Dock or choose Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy, click the Privacy tab and find Automation, check Music under Sidify Music Converter.

Should the problem persist, please explain the problem you are encountering and send the following info to our support team at support@sidify.com via e-mail for further help:

  • Which macOS are you running?
  • Are you a Spotify Premium subscriber? And are you running the latest version of Spotify?
  • What’s the output format and settings you chose?
  • Does the problem happen to certain audio file or to all audio files?
  • Please offer us your Spotify music or playlist URL for our testing.
  • Please send us the log files for our analysis. Just find the menu button on the upper left corner and click on File > Show Log File > Logs. A window that contains the log files would pop up. They are Sidify Music Converter.log and spotify.log.
